Good stitching usually means the item will not fall apart after one or two washes. For light summer tops I keep to my normal size to avoid a baggy look. Sometimes I still make mistakes with size, so a friendly exchange policy is very helpful.

If buyers say the item runs small or large, I always adjust my choice accordingly. Of course shipping delays can happen, but good communication reduces stress. Nose pads that are too hard leave marks and feel uncomfortable on the skin. Bad lenses can cause eye strain, reflections and headache when you wear them for hours. Even a short note like “this size runs smaller than expected” can help someone. Online shopping will always have a bit of risk, but experience makes it easier.
